Internationally, Paul’s directing credits include HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Africa); JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Greece, South Africa and South Korea); JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, STEPPING OUT – THE MUSICAL, HAIR, CHESS, (also adaptor with Sir Tim Rice) and EVITA (all for Pieter Toerien Productions, Johannesburg); BEAUTIFUL CREATURES (South African premiere, ) and for over 4 years, he was the Resident Director for the World Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS.

Paul was panelist and staging director on the reality television show HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL – SPOTLIGHT. He has also directed and staged many large-scale events including the 10th Anniversary of the Cape Town City Opera House as well as the opening of the Shanghai Culture Square Theatre.
