Jeanine, with designer Keith Macintyre, was nominated for the Critics Award for Theatre in Scotland for ‘Best Design’ on THE UNCONQUERED, for Stellar Quines at Byre Theatre/St Andrews, which was also part of this year’s ‘Brits Off Broadway Festival’ in New York.

She works regularly for a number of theatres in her native Scotland, including The National Theatre of Scotland, Glasgow Citz and Dundee Rep and is currently working on the Edinburgh Royal Lyceum’s THE CURSE OF THE STARVING CLASS and THE MAN WHO HAD ALL THE LUCK, as well as A CHRISTMAS CAROL for the Chichester Festival Theatre and HANSEL AND GRETEL, a Catherine Wheels production at the Barbican. Other recent productions include Perth Theatre’s A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and PRIVATES ON PARADE at West Yorkshire Playhouse / Birmingham Rep.

She also works regularly for theatre companies such as Communicado and Catherine Wheels with the latter’s production of LIFEBOAT winning the TMA Best Children’s Show Award for a previous tour, and also on tour in Australia & New Zealand and at the New Victory Theatre, New York and Dublin Theatre Festival. She lit TOM’S MIDNIGHT GARDEN which opened London’s new Unicorn Theatre (also moving to New York) and other theatre credits include The BFG (West End); RAT PACK CONFIDENTIAL (West End/Nottingham Playhouse); THE BROKEN HEART (RSC); CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (UK tour) and productions at many of the UK’s leading repertory companies.

Credits in Opera and Dance include productions at the Royal Opera House Linbury Studio and for Scottish Opera, Dance Base, Classical Opera, X Factor Dance Company and most recently productions for Fidget Feet Dance Company in Eire and Plan B Dance Company in Scotland.
