Patricia co-directed Northern Ballet Theatre’s A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (nominated for an Olivier Award for Best New Dance Production, Sadlers Wells), which is currently touring the UK. She also co-directed HAMLET, which toured the UK through Spring including a run at Sadlers Wells, and PETER PAN, which also played at Sadlers Wells. Other work with NBT includes directing A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE (also New Zealand Ballet) and previously CARMEN (also Sadlers Wells & Les Grands Ballets Canadiens) with choreographer Didy Veldman; SWAN LAKE as Dramatic Associate/Theatre Associate and Dramaturge on WUTHERING HEIGHTS.
She also worked with Christopher Gable at NBT as drama consultant and acting coach on his productions of DRACULA, GISELLE, ROMEO AND JULIET and THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME.
She was childrens’ rehearsal director on the feature film ANNA AND THE KING, starring Jodie Foster, coached Charlotte Church & Gary Barlow for their tv debut performances on HEARTBEAT. She has also worked extensively as a Theatre director including MARTINE at Salisbury Playhouse; TIME AND THE CONWAYS and NOISES OFF in Ohio USA and the London premiere of NO FOND RETURN OF LOVE.
