Other productions there as a freelance director include ALPHABETICAL ORDER and CORPSE! and other recent freelance work includes NOISES OFF for Liverpool Playhouse; COWARD, COCKTAILS AND CABARET and IN PRAISE OF LOVE at the Chichester Festival, Minerva Studio; THE FOUND MAN by Riccardo Galgani with a company of Italian actors at Teatro della Limonaia Theatre as part of the ‘Festival Intercity’ in Florence and then playing with Scottish actors at the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh (and was also designer on the Traverse production); the critically acclaimed production of AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’ at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield; DR FAUSTUS and the Noel Coward double bill STILL LIFE and THE ASTONISHED HEART at the Liverpool Playhouse and BREAKING THE CODE at the Theatre Royal Northampton.
He was also associate director on ARSENIC AND OLD LACE in the West End.
